You might want to modify the genre to something other than family, as this one isn't ecchi in a fanservicey way, but quite ecchi and loopy in many other ways. P&S is about as 'family' as "Aachi and Ssipak". I wonder if this will ever get licensed in the US.
Given that, it's undeniably totally off-the-wall and hilarious...perhaps similar to a 21st-century update of the Dirty Pair, or an Excel Saga given the Clockwork Orange treatment. The English words that are constantly backgrounded during the anime are so camp! Thankfully, there is a second season coming...
